About Us

Sistema U  is a company located in the area of Quinta do Lago with three decades of experience focused on the construction of luxury housing.

The company has a Construction Permit, all necessary equipment and specialized personnel, and for the past three years has been recognized with a PME leader certificate for “distinguished quality” by the Government-supported IAPMEI.

We build, developing projects by recognized architects, in the most prestigious areas of the Algarve, including Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Pinheiros Altos, Quinta Verde and Vilamoura, as well as in rural areas such as Santa Barbara and Boliqueime.

The Quality we put into the execution of our work, and the personalized monitoring both during and afterwards, clearly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers.
